So how do we recommend working with the outputs?

• Share the tool with your teams.
• Over the next two weeks, choose one behavior from each of the A-B-C areas and implement it collaboratively and explicitly, in team meetings and in all work with teams and interfaces.
• Finally, embed the language yourselves. In every team meeting, talk about it and share how you brought the behavior to life.
